08 May 3 Free Tools to Boost your productivity!
As our lives get busier and busier, we’ve turned to some tools to help us stay on track.
Unlike a lot of blogs that have a referral arrangement in place with the tools they promote, this blog and website is very different. All of the tools I mention below are ones that I use, day in, day out. In fact, all three of these each had there own purpose in the generation of this blog. So without any further delay, here’s three free tools to boost your productivity.
1. Bear
Bear is a distraction-free writing tool, it allows you the flexibility to change the dashboard up as you see fit, but it’s sole purpose is allow you to be in the zone when your putting together your articles, blogs or reviews. I can’t recommend this one enough. It does come with a free subscription, so give it a go. – www.bear-writer.com
2. Todoist
Todoist, is as the name suggests a To-Do list and reminder service. Funnily enough, I used this service to remind me to write this blog! It’s a very similar look to Bear and like Bear it has a limited-free subscription that is more than useable. You can check it out at: www.todoist.com
3. Trello
Trello, is a brilliant project management tool to keep your whole team on the same page, or just to organise your life a little bit better. It must be a powerful tool, consider Atlassian just paid $425 million dollars for it! For now, it has a free-subscription service which by all means isn’t prohibitive. You can check it out at www.trello.com

Posted at 17:54h, 16 JuneThanks for the tips! I have never heard of Bear before, I need to check it out. Some time ago I switched from trello to Kanban Tool ( http://kanbantool.com/product ) and I must say it works much better for me. We use it in our team to communicate, share files, discuss on the tasks and distribute the assignments. It has been working very smoothly and thanks to all the features it is very easy to adjust to your personal requirements. The time tracking and alanysis helped us find some problems and flaws that made us work more carefully on the future projects. It is definietly worth trying out.
